176.6 @ 0800 AM.

A good day yesterday! After straining my lower back nine days ago, it finally felt good enough that I was able to do an hour bike ride. Just a few out of the saddle efforts and it felt great to be outside riding again. Big calorie deficit for me yesterday of 2000.

176.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
