3 hr se ons.mkn sama ja jam 6 sll stop mulai jam 10 pagi..mantap diet gm cm turun 1 kg..dl diet gm bs turun seminggu 4 kg..pengaruh lg menstruasi x y 😰😰....kl nurunin berat badan gampang mgkn q udh jadi anggt blackpink yg k 5😂😂😂
