0730 AM, Weight 180.2

Very depressed this morning after watching my Padres lose the series last night. The good news is despite the loss I didn't try to drown my sorrows with alcohol! There is always next year which is what us Padre fans have been saying for 22 years!

1300 calorie deficit yesterday primarily from having blackened Mahi Mahi on the grill and bacon wrapped asparagus for dinner last night. Very filling and under 500 calories.

Back isn't any better this morning despite stretching, using heat, and using the massage chair. No bike ride again today

180.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
