A few Arby’s have closed recently so my son & I figured we better go just Incase the rest close!!! 1/2 lb roast beef sandwich, half a chicken club wrap, medium curly fries, and a bottle of water! About 1400 cals (but had a very sensible bkft & lunch so I stayed under 2200 cals and scale was still -1lb!!!
