Evidently my weight gain was due to high sodium intake. Always attempt to avoid but sooo many foods contain high amounts of sodium but also to be honest love my salt. Still frustrated and depressed. All I do is ask why. Wish I had answers Examined deeply my thoughts what’s going on but working psych for years unable to dx myself. Lol.
Weather lousy- no sun - cold / grrr. Hopefully it’s not SAD setting in already - please god no !!! Need to find my happy and ambitious side if for no other reason my sanity
136.4 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
