Disappointed in my self. Suffer from SAD hopefully it’s just the gloomy weather. Always hungry looking for comfort food. Still staying slty lower with my RDI but why any gain logging daily but the other day wanted to throw in the towel eating pasta to satisfy the beast. Macros off track this week
Need to pull self out of this depressed state - just feel defeated Why? This slt gain didn’t help my mood either. Haven’t accomplished anything x 3 days which isn’t helping. Just keep asking my self why ? Pray to god to uplift my spirts and put me back on the right track
137.4 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
