Yesterday,I had a cheeseburger and half a potato with sour cream. It seems like I can eat what I want as long as I don’t munch in between meals. I think that’s what had done me in. It is my son’s birthday and I’m going to be good although I might have cake on the weekend only.😊
201.4 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
