orang diet hrsnya turun yaa..ini udh defisit kalori ko mlh jd naik..mau sebulan turun cm sekilo..ya allah hrs diet exttraaaaaaaaaaaaa..diet gm mulai lg kayaknya...biar ky dl turun 4 kg dlm seminggu😰😩
200.6 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 46.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
