Hampir 4 bulan defkal uda turun 4.5kg ya walopun masih sering makan yg digoreng, 2 bulan belakangan rajin lari+jalan+ wo chloe ting sama emi wong, pelan pelan, santai dietntya. cuma emang susah banget ngecilin paha sama betis, ada saran?
112.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
