Not bad considering I had a heavy leg day, polished off a good 2000k kcals and my cycle started.
Today is a slow semi active rest day and only thing planned is a 3 mile walk to and from Banana Republic to exchange a few items I ordered. It’s 930a and I’m still in pjs with coffee in hand which is unheard of. I didn’t sleep well and not in the mood for anyone’s BS today. Luckily I live by myself. 😅 Have a great day y’all!!!
