Another pound down. I have one more pound and then I will have lost my vacation weight. Wedding in 37 days. I joined a challenge....Lose AMAP by Fri 13. That is right in line with the wedding....well pretty close anyway. A friend in one of my groups also has a wedding coming up (she has 10 weeks and I have five weeks) but we are both going to work hard to drop some extra weight. I would at least like to be back to 197 but it would be awesome if I could get below that. Yesterday I told her at least 10# and today I have dropped one of those. That would put me at 194# for the wedding.

Okay my wonderful daughter. Today is the day they fill out their 'dream sheets' and basically what they do is they put up for the class all the C schools with openings and all the HM locations that are open. Then you put down your top 5. Of course you may not get any of them...she said that several people (ahead of her) got Virginia and they didn't even put that down. You go where the Navy needs you. God has been with her this whole way and I know this has been His plan. She doesn't have much confidence in her abilities and even though she passed what is referred to as the "Corpsman Killer" test and although she passed fundamentals (when 18 people failed) she still looks at C schools and says "that is too hard". I told her that she needs to stop dumbing herself down. I told her to look at what they post silence herself and breath deep and don't second guess...God is guiding her.

Not sure when she will find out her 'tentative orders' but I am excited for her and where God is sending her next.
