I weighed in this afternoon after I got home. I had 1 cup of coffee, fruit....mostly pineapple, water & 2 biscoff biscuits to eat. Usually I weigh first thing before I've had anything to eat or drink. So up 2 1/2 lbs. after 4 days of indulgence isn't too bad. I didn't eat much this afternoon....a cappuccino cause I needed some more caffeine & we were out of the other coffee pods, popcorn & some watermelon as I was slicing what was left in the fridge to put in a travel container.

I'm so tired and my back hurts! Working on 4 to 5 hours of sleep 😴 Got home....unpacked, started a load of laundry then organized what I needed to pack for Wisconsin. A total turn around....shorts, sleeveless tops & swimsuits to sweaters, quilted vests & layering. The temp is supposed to range from the 40's one night to the low 70's a couple of days. It's much cooler at home today & was actually cooler when I left Savannah.

We finished prepping for the dogs & took them to the kennel this evening. I also had to water the plants & moved some onto the deck so they'll get watered if it rains as expected while we're gone. I did a quick spritz of deer repellant after we ate dinner, too.

We grilled a steak for dinner & I mixed up a bagged salad for dinner. It was fairly easy & still tasted good.

I've showered & plan to get in bed soon. I'm trying to finish the last bit of a book so I don't have to take that one with me. Alarm is going off at 5:30 in the morning so we can get away by 7....hopefully 😊

Hope everyone is doing well as I've only had few minutes to pop on here for the past few days.
145.2 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
