Everything went smoothly today for my echocardiogram. The tech said everything looked good & she didn't see any significant changes from my previous one in March 2017. I see my cardiologist Oct. 8th. He will also discuss how I'm doing since the dosage of my blood pressure med was decreased at my last visit.

I went by the Mall to use my coupons for free stuff @ Bath & Body Works & a discount at Eddie Bauer. Of course to save money I had to spend money 😀 I bought a hooded sweatshirt & striped T shirt. The sweatshirt will be handy for our Wisconsin trip. The weather is supposed to be cooler.

Then Kroger for a few things....fruit for breakfast for the next few days, honeycrisp apples & corn on the cob. Hubby is trying to up his protein. I bought a few things for snacks/ lunch for him.

I'm cooking the 3rd Hello Fresh meal for dinner tonight...Spicy Maple Chicken, mashed sweet potatoes & roasted green beans. Last night I made stuffed Portobello mushrooms. I created a recipe from a Pinterest recipe. I should say I adapted it to use what I had in the pantry/fridge. They turned out pretty good. Time to get cooking 🍳🐔🍲☺
141.8 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
