We went out to eat yesterday and I had a lot, but I didn’t finish everything on my plate even though I tried and I’m surprised I had a tiny loss. 👍😊
203.0 lb Lost so far: 17.9 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
