Perplexed. This might sound weird but with leftovers that have a mixture of different ingredients x 2 days combined together (French onion soup + partial inner of stuffed pepper) how would you log into your meal log plus to make this more complex did not subtract leftovers off of original meal log. Help So confused !!
143.8 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
