I worked in 109-98 degree weather outside all day, drank like 96 ounces of water plus a Gatorade. I lost a lot of fluids sweating omg! It was so hot. It also revealed a number I have not seen since Jan.

Nice! So close to my goal of 118 by Oct.
120.8 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
