ARGH.

I'm feeling very meh about this whole lose weight thing. I'm pretty close to just throwing in the towel. I'm terrible about updating here, my motivation's waning.

I need to get my head right.
169.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
