Working from the beginning again.
Im back to being strict but allowing myself good variations of foods.
i was afraid i was gonna backslide but im fighting!
My short term goal for now is loosing 40 all together and i'm half way there.
260.1 lb Lost so far: 42.9 lb.    Still to go: 125.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Cathy, you are very encouraging. it's hard when it hurts to move but it seems the more you move, the less it hurts. stay safe and motivated 🙂😷🌈
