Officially over the hump I was stuck at for 7 months. I know weight is a number and I probably had some muscle gain. I still have a very thick layer of fat on belly and my body is holding on. Need to start taking these weights more seriously. Cardio just keeps me small and looking the same
122.0 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
