All good...I enjoyed that extra sliver of pizza & glass of wine.

Busy day today running errands. Time to cook dinner...cheese tortellini with Arrabiatta marinara sauce on the menu.
142.4 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
