On Track with no real change. Starting to get back to work at the gym, and making small strides and improving overall. Hit the treadmill for 30 mins. Wt lift for and additional 45 mins. Feels great.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
