Ok I calibrated my scale and rechecked this and it’s correct. Been seeing a trend here and my lowest weight of the week has been when I get home for the week. So all I need to do is work more right? Ya no thanks.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
