I’m trying to lose at least 2 pounds now and I’m finding it really hard, so I’m gonna drink a lot of water today and less at lunch because I only have lunch, then maybe exercise more. Ahhhh!😩
210.0 lb Lost so far: 10.9 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
