Took a look at your profile, and I just want to say congrats to you! You’re doing amazing and haven’t let things hold you back. I really hope you are proud of yourself because you totally deserve to be!

thank you for the comment, yes doing well with the weight loss, comes off a lot slower than it goes on, but feel so much better, just scheduled some time into my retirement to focus on health, so i can enjoy the daily activities, kayak fishing etc.

@allenjr Preaching to the choir about it comes off slower than it goes on! 😂 I completely can relate with that! I turned around and all of a sudden BOOM 20lb. I just started “dieting” (aka habitually eating healthy) 5 days ago, and I know I’m going to have to remind myself to be patient. Those outdoor activities you listed sound so fun! I haven’t been in nature for a while now; I’ve gotta get off my tush, get out there like you!
