Well look at that 😀 Bounced back down, today. I was a "Good" girl yesterday....staying under 1800 calories. I've given some thought to whether I'd like to go for losing a few more lbs. intentionally. Maybe a goal of 139?? The thing is the things I'm less pleased with about my body probably won't be remedied by a lower weight. I don't remember ever having a flat tummy & after having my 9+ lb. son at 17 & my 8+ lb. daughter 6 years later, it didn't get any flatter. I think at this point only surgery would "fix" the extra skin there. With clothes on, I actually don't have an issue...even if it isn't totally flat. My arms & legs are only going to look firmer with exercise. So....not sure why I want to lose anymore.

We FINALLY got our Adirondack chairs we ordered in early July. They were supposed to be delivered by July 15th but weren't & Wayfair couldn't seem to give us a straight answer as to when exactly they would be. After pretty much giving up FedEx showed up with them yesterday. Hubby assembled them today & we're happy with them.

I went in for the last day of early voting (runoff) today. Everything went smoothly & all were following safety protocols. Then I drove to the town square & had a walk. I poked my head in a couple of shops & browsed. Had my mask. Some people had masks....some did not...I kept my distance, easily enough.

I'm cooking chicken thighs for dinner. I'm thinking I'll cut them up & sautée them with garlic, onion & peppers. They could be served over some brown rice & quinoa. I just remembered I have some corn on the cob, so maybe I can cut some off of one & add that. Sounding tasty to me 😋😊

141.2 lb Lost so far: 31.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
