yesterday was a "see" food day. If there was any food within reach, I had to eat it plus could not exercise. Bummer. Have a successful day and mask up.🤗
148.3 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 8.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
