Well, I went up almost a lb. but that's OK. I started with 3 saucy ribs for dinner last night and just had to have 1 more 😀😋🙄 I could have....& would have eaten twice that at one time. I filled the rest of my plate with green beans sautéed with bacon & onions....sprinkled with garlic. Added some left over chick peas. Sprinkled feta on top all that 😍 And 6 french fries....cause they were there. Even with a couple scoops of peach frozen yogurt for dessert I was right at my 1800 calorie allowance.

Hubby wants me to cook the rack of lamb we bought for dinner. Not sure if that's the best choice....I should probably have fish or chicken tonight. I'll just have to plan a couple of lighter meals for the next couple of days. Hubby has been suggesting....or should I say requesting more fattening foods. Gotta reign him in!! 🙄

The deer got into a few plants in the garden last night. Ate the top off a potted impatien, half a hosta & most of a smaller one. 😯 They must have held there nose cause I just sprayed everything a couple nights ago. Of course with all the rain it does dilute it. I gave everything another spray today.

It's a beautiful day!! Sunny, not too humid & a nice breeze. We're joining our neighbors/ friends by the river for cocktails at 5 😊🍹 We should also be able to get a walk in today.

I found some frames @ Homegoods yesterday to finish up the gallery wall in our bedroom, I started over a year ago when we painted & installed wood floors. I put photos in them earlier...now I just have to hang them.
142.8 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
