Well, I was excited this morning because I was down a pound from my last weigh in, but I guess I had gained .2 since last weighing in here. No complaints though, I could be recording at a higher weight! I'll be able to get this back down :-)
139.6 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 21 July 2020:

you got it! i did my very first weigh in Sunday after 9 days of working out and i was down 3 pounds. but that's 3 pounds in 2 weeks not 9 days. I'm sure I will fluctuate and I'm new to this, so maybe I can help support you too!
