My weight is slowly coming off. Which is how I planned it. I wanted to be able to preserve as much muscle as possible. I might bump my carbs up a little next week and see what happens.
186.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
