지금도 증량중이신거죠?ㅜ.ㅜ (감량을 슬퍼합니다) 근육량이 늘고 체지방이 줄어서 나타난 변화인 거면 좋겠네요.

그냥 유지하려는데 요즘 조금 내려갔네요. 가정용 체중계론 체지방 등 큰 변화는 없습니다. 😊🙏
