Ut oh.. driving day is hard on healthy eating. (while traveling) I end up skipping lunch and then overeating after dinner...bet chocolate candy bar didn't help.lol
136.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
