Hehehe, I ate so bad yesterday and let me tell you. I feel like p-o-o-p today.
Guess my stomach is not used to eating fast food anymore.
133.8 lb Lost so far: 46.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
