I can certainly feel this recent weight gain in my thighs, hips and belly. Though I'm thankful to have the time of rest and relaxation from March until now, it's time to buckle down and get to business. An 11 lb weight gain in 4 months is not terrible. I need to consider however my skin's condition of stretching and my over all health, though I rarely eat junk food. Just lots of delicious food and restaurants never make food the same way as being at home.
In March, I dropped down to 168 lb and a 28" (I Think) waist. That will be my goal again. I think I lost 11 lb in 3 month span. I was quite motivated then because I had a sure deadline. Let's set the tone for 11 lb in 4 months. By Christmas I'd like to be holiday ready!
Dramatic life style changes from working constantly to the stay home orders and lack of work challenges our ability to adapt. Adaptability is a skill and one I'm learning everyday. I'm glad to accept the challenge and grow! Thank you God to help me grow!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
