I had typed out a description of my dinner last night & recorded measurement comparisons from September til today. I put my phone down to take our afternoon walk & finish when we returned. FS had closed out & erased everything 😯😐 So....on that note I'm maintaining even though I had a burger & fries (with bun) last night. I'll do an update with measurements tomorrow.

Chicken thighs, baby carrots, green beans & baby red potatoes on tonight's dinner menu.
144.2 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
