Well I finally got to record an official weight today after missing 2 weigh-ins during the holidays. I told myself at the beginning of the holiday season that I would be happy with a holding of the line, but like always, I hoped for a loss. Well I was down 1.2, so I can't complain. But more than this, I think I bumped some major exercise and muscle goals. I hope this jump starts some bigger losses in the next few weeks. I really want to be under 200 at some point in the near future.
213.6 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
