Usual work-out and supplements. Ate 1 cup sweet potato, 1 1/4 cups summer squash, 4 medium size carrots, pasta sauce and green tea. About 425 cals. for day. Definitely seeing less body fat in upper body[hips, tummy, backs of upper arms and man breast]. In 2 or 3 days, after I eat my perishable, will start intermittent fasting again. Feel good, exercises are getting easier once I start them.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your FS name makes me want to call this number. Do you live in Champaign, IL? I want to call and say- "Hey are you on Fat Secret?" But I think if it isn't your number, someone would think I was crazy. LOL
