😯 Not exactly sure what caused the uptick today. I didn't overeat yesterday....could be too many carbs....too much sugar...the contrast in the low calories from Thurs. Not really worried, just surprised. Still just under goal. I am starting out with a lower calorie breakfast. I savored the taste of the especially good peaches & strawberries in my fruit mix. Planning to eat some of the Rotisserie Chicken tonight and maybe more Kale salad.

I felt kind of at loose ends yesterday & couldn't settle on what I wanted to do most of the day. I did iron a few pieces I'd laundered....including my new linen pants....that now fit nicely after a cycle thru the washer & dryer 😊 Also got in an afternoon walk.

I'm not sure what I'm doing today either. I was going to watch a movie yesterday but kept putting it off til it was too late. Maybe today?? Hubby just came down the stairs & told me our friends may be going to the Winery, so that may be what I'm doing later 🙄🍷🎶

The pain in my lower back seems to be subsiding...still a twinge. I remembered I also moved a really heavy bag of sand into the garden shed. Hubby has a habit of leaving things in places he can see them so he can find them later. Problem is he left this bag of sand out since last Summer 😒 He just asked me where the fine tip black marker was (in the "junk drawer" where it usually is) & where are the extra toothbrushes (the ones the dentist gives you after your appt.) When I told him in the bedroom closet, he asks which bedroom (guestroom) then opens the door where all the hanging stuff is as apposed to the side where there are shelves. I've been storing these in here for several years. So that's why I have a sore back 😉 He has many redeeming qualities....just not being able to find stuff.
144.8 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
