Walked back and forth to car repair, only a long false flat as far as hills, but faster than I go with dogs overall because there was no stopping and I was on a mission. Got five miles in for the day. Went to Target and impulse bought a lean cuisine mac and cheese for dinner. Not going to do that again. They have changed how it tastes and it was weird. Tasted like soap to me. Why is there no fiber in that stuff??? Stupid. Also bought cucumber mint sparkling water. Not bad, just needs gin/vodka and a lime. 🤪 I don't drink hard alcohol alone, so will likely just add ice and work my way through it. Brand was Good & Gather, but I always think Good & Gooder when I see it because of Dumb & Dumber. Anyways, no more multiple impulse buys at Target. I was feeling good because I was scared to death the car was going to be $1000 and it wasn't. List only next time. One impulse item per visit. I did get some more cloth masks for the car, so that's good.

Swam later. think I figured out the knee thing. My sciatic was acting up Friday, I walked long walks all weekend, probably shifted my weight and messed up the knee. My knees are crap anyways, but have avoided surgery for years going back to when they did Frankenstein knees with the stitches. We also went "off road" in smooth tennis shoes and I remember tripping. Conclusion: my own fault. Usually is. Will be more careful.

Swim was good, needed the stress release, needed to move the knee without pressure. 803 strokes, heart rate 134, 9.8METs. I have a new app that says I was at 75% intensity, so we'll start looking at that, too. Fat mass and muscle mass holding.

Anyways, more than I planned to write, busy day at work ahead of me. Plan to use dumbbells during one of my calls. Not going to expand on that. Enjoy your day.

Oh 🎯 sucks you in 😂😂😂 I have been so good about not going there lol, but I have an Amazon problem 😂 balance ♎️ 🤦🏻‍♀️. That drink sounds amazing 🤗 🍹 I still haven’t gone to the liquor store. We usually just have beer and I’m on my White Claws and Truly, but the other day our neighbor gave me a bottle of peanut butter 🥃 oh my word!! Mind blowing. It was only my second visit since this whole thing began and I had some serious pent up shopping needs!!! Thank goodness the clothing choices were way reduced and I didn't have a lot of time. Could have been much worse. Mine usually has such cute clothes, but very little inventory at all yesterday.
