dont know if i can do it but it woukd be great if i can drop 0.4 today and make it 10#/ 4weeks.

nothing tastes as good as thin feels.

if you want something you will find a way to make it happen. if you dont you will find an excuse.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
