Up .2 which is basically maintaining. I finished out last week averaging just over 1800 calories a day. Yesterday I was just under 2000 calories. I found myself eating a snack at 6 PM yesterday....Hubby asked if I was hungry & I replied...nope, just felt like having some cheese 😊 It was a Laughing Cow cheese wedge on 6 Town House Pita crackers, so around 100 calories. I had eaten a substantial breakfast but my afternoon snacks were 2 cups of cheddar popcorn & 1/2 a honeycrisp apple.

Today I made chicken salad with some leftover chicken in the fridge. There was just enough for 1 sandwich, I shared with Hubby. That & a handful of chips was lunch.

I was feeling kinda unenthusiastic yesterday. Hubby was a little under the weather, so we kinda vegged all day. It was dissapointing not to be able to get out & do something fun to celebrate Father's Day. Normally we might find a patio somewhere to have a glass of wine & listen to some music. Too busy out there to social distance on a holiday 😐 Plus, it started raining so we weren't even able to have dinner out on the deck like we talked about.

I felt better this morning. We had sun long enough for me to pull the throw rug in the back hallway outside & hose it down. I've been wanting to do that awhile. It's too heavy to put in the washer. I puttered in the yard a bit, then we had rain again. Sunny now....Mother Nature can't decide what to do.

We ordered a new mattress topper & it came today. The bed's all made up with freshly washed linens & I'm excited to try it out tonight. Hoping it will help with some of the achiness I feel when I get up in the morning. It usually works out fairly soon after I get up, but I could do without it.

Boneless Honey Barbecue chicken bites (frozen) for dinner. I haven't decided on sides yet....maybe some rice....& either lima beans or broccoli....or not 😊

It is a bit of a let down when celebrations have to take a back seat these days. Your meal sounds really tasty. 😋 We were able to spend the weekend down in Las Cruces with family. Today was a lay-low day. There are fires in the nearby forest, so we stayed indoors today. Enjoy your dinner. 😊

Becca, I'm glad you got some family time. I think my week away with family made me miss normal social activities even more after I got home. I know I have it better than many, so it makes me feel pouty & unappreciative when I'm unhappy I can't just do what I want. Fleeting moments....I'm usually OK after a bit 😊 Stay safe ❤
