Not too shabby!
Headed out today to have lunch with my in-laws. I have already scouted the menu online at the restaurant we are going to and the “good” choices are limited but I have found a few options that I can make work. Pre planning is a big help but knowing what foods are good choices in general is the key to sustaining.
187.3 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 17.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
