Started doing Jillian Michaels workouts this week... the numbers are finally falling again!

Note to others: If you have "on Demand" there are exercises on there and they're awesome... there's enough out there where you will never get bored of doing the same one over and over!!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
