BP 109/69 PULSE 61 at 9 a.m..Still having a bit of problem with water retention. have made an effort to not add salt to diet. will start keeping up with sodium intake. am taking 40 mg lasix am and noon. Will also get some Jobsts stockings and they should help.

have increased standing and walking and exercise in general. That may help.

Slept well last night except for mouth drying out and waking me up at 6 and 8...will adjust temp on humidifier water container and also bring in the humidifier from outside for the bedroom.

Starting to monitor sodium. Have apparently had a high sodium intake so will watch that. no lasix at noon.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
