1207 kcal Fat: 29.43g | Prot: 68.84g | Carb: 164.29g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Ayam Brand Chilli Tuna Xtra Spicy, Gardenia Canadian Purple Wheat. Lunch:  Noodle Soup with Fish Ball, Shrimp and Dark Green Leafy Vegetable. Dinner:  Cos or Romaine Lettuce , Enoki Enokitake Mushroom, Home Cooked Egg Fried Rice,  Pickled Turnip,  Chicken Soup. Snacks/Other: Ayam Brand Chilli Tuna Xtra Spicy, Gardenia Canadian Purple Wheat, Cooked Egg White,  Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled) . more...
