1241 kcal Fat: 56.49g | Prot: 52.32g | Carb: 156.05g.   Breakfast: Tropicana Orange Juice, Raspberries, 4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Granola, Activia Vanilla Yogurt. Lunch: 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Schneider's Summer Sausage, Bell Peppers, Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise. Dinner: Black Diamond Old Cheddar Cheese, Watermelon , Beef T-Bone Steak (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat) . Snacks/Other: Oil Popped White Popcorn . more...
