Thanks Jenny and Lonnie H !!! My boyfriend making homemade meal tonight, so no processed food!! He's alot better cook than I am!! His mother made everything from scratch , so him and sisters are excellent cooks! I am still trying to learn, getting somewhat better😉

Lol Jenny I am getting better, but he will never let live down the pinwheel steak being cooked in the spring angel food cake pan, we can laugh about it now, it took me 3 hours to clean up mess, but atleast no fire!!! hehehe. I do all creative salads and i made one soup in a crock pot( lol soup he was watching me like a hawk, Hehe)

I can feel your pain. I'm 57. I went through the same thing. Going through the big "M" lasts longer than you think and it does either put on pound or causes you to plateau. Just hang in there and stay on track, which will keep you from gaining too much. Once I hit 57, it was as if my hormones gave up trying to control me and I could loose weight again. I got joint pain with my change in life, which meant I made the biggest mistake in my life.....stopped exercising. Now I have really bad hip problems to the point I can't move it without pain. Never stop exercising! You can do it!!!!
