So far I have found the time to walk every day (30 min). It has to be an on purpose decision for me. If I say I'm going to do something I don't want to go back on that promise if I can at all help it. That's why I think goals are so important. Drinking more than 8 glasses of water a day.

Yes, We Can Do It
218.0 lb Lost so far: 68.0 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
