So I ate that left over cheese/chicken quesadilla from yesterday and I feel really heavy and gross right now. Weird... didn't feel that way yesterday. I'll be going on a light walk this evening.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
