I hurt my back in a bad way and was not able to eat cause of the pain for a couple days. So i'm sure this weight will come right back. But I am going to do basic working out until I can fully eat again. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
172.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
