Did some housework /laundry today. It's not as motivating as working outside 😊 It was nice & sunny...around 65°....so I pulled my chair into the sunshine & read while I had a late afternoon lunch/ snack of avacado, hummus, bagel bites, crackers & pickles.

Just returned from a walk with Hubby & the dogs. Time to feed them (dogs) & start dinner. Bone in pork chops with apples & cabbage on the menu. 😋
144.0 lb Lost so far: 28.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
